Cultivate presence in your life through meditation, sacred play and centering techniques. Learn how to transform and release dense energy from your body, mind and energy field. We do this while strengthening our refined energy, or “sami.” The idea is to build our living energy, our “kausay,” with mindfulness. We focus on different methods each week to build or to enhance the foundation of your practice.
Consistent and Curious This meditation group gathers once a week. Rising Fire provides consistency so that you can return regularly or only when you are called … just as you can return to your belly when your mind wanders. We work with the teachings of the medicine people from the High Andes of Peru, from Buddhism dharma, as well as with the work of A.H. Almaas. We encourage you to arrive with an attitude of open curiosity!
Weekly Meditation is held at Rising Fire’s beautiful healing space at 7:00pm, 1829 NE Alberta Suite 5, Portland, Oregon. Get directions.
Entry is by donation of $10. All welcome regardless of ability to pay. Advance registration is welcome.
